Welcome to TOE‑E Archive (the “Site”), hosted at archive.toe-e.org. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1) What the Site Is

TOE‑E Archive is a community research ledger for TOE‑E branches and related materials. Pages may be created and collaboratively improved by approved editors. Pages are versioned and publicly viewable.

2) Accounts & Access

Editing privileges may be restricted to specific user groups. The Site administrators may grant, limit, or revoke access at any time to protect the integrity of the archive.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3) Your Submissions

“Submissions” include papers, metadata, figures, code, data links, and comments you post or upload.

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

You have the necessary rights to share it publicly; and

Your submission does not infringe the rights of others or violate any confidentiality or contractual obligations.

Licensing. Unless a page or file explicitly states a different license:

Textual content (papers, metadata, page text) is licensed by you under CC BY 4.0.

Code snippets you include are licensed by you under MIT.

Uploaded files (e.g., images, PDFs, datasets) may carry their own license notices; you must provide accurate licensing/credit information.

By contributing, you grant the Site and its users a worldwide, non‑exclusive, free license to use, share, and adapt your content under the applicable license terms above. You retain your copyright.

4) Citations, Data, and Ethics

Provide accurate citations (e.g., DOIs, arXiv IDs) and state data availability.

Human/animal research must disclose the appropriate approvals/consents where required.

Disclose conflicts of interest.

Identify contributions from computational agents (CIs) where relevant.

5) No Professional Advice

The Site provides research materials for discussion and archival purposes only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or engineering advice. Use information at your own risk.

6) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any law, intellectual‑property rights, or privacy rights.

Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Site.

Misrepresent authorship, falsify data, or engage in harassment, hate speech, or spam.

Evade technical or policy controls.

We may remove content, restrict features, or report activity when reasonably necessary to protect the community or comply with law.

7) DMCA / Takedowns
